İnsan nedir?

Sorusunun bende ki cevabı: “İnsan= Hakikattir.”

Hakikatten ayrılan canlı var ya; o artık insan değildir.

Hayvanlardan da aşağı, kâinatın en zararlı, en tehlikeli, en çukur varlığıdır.

Hakikat, insanın dünya urbasıdır.

Hakikatten uzaklaşan insan üzerine dünyanın en cafcaflı elbiselerini giyse de çıplaktır, çirkindir, iğrençtir.

Sokrates, yargılanırken yaptığı savunmasında bu konun altını şöyle çizdi:

“Peki Sokrates, seni ölüme sürükleyen bir yaşamdan utanmıyor musun?

Plotinos, ruhun mahiyeti ve misyonunun yüceliğine işaret eder:

Imagine that Allah gives you a healthy and long life, and that you and your 90-year-old spouse are looking at the open horizon on the balcony of your house while you are rocking on the rocking sofa on one side and on the other hand, you are passing your life like a film strip since your childhood.

What refreshes your conscience, cools you, and fills you with joy…

And what makes your conscience bleed, burns, causes pain, sorrow and tears…
